This Chenille is very soft but also very dense is ideal for making the hugely popular 'Mop' Flies for use in Stillwaters and occasional on rivers when certain colours can be used for imitating caddis.
 
Stillwater anglers can use it for similar patterns, or tie it longer with a bead in the middle to give an irresistible worm look under water.
